Recipe Ingredients for Kathi's Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

3/4 lb. pasta
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
3 c. whole milk
2 tbsp. light margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Kathi's Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Melt butter. Add flour, salt & pepper to make a rue. Add milk and bring to a boil. Add cheese. Pour over cooked noodles.

  3. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
