Only slightly spicy. You can add the heat as you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Kathie's Chili

16 oz Small Red Beans
16 oz Kidney Beans
2 clove Garlic
1 1/4 oz Chili Seasoning
16 oz Frozen, 1-pound Ground Turkey
30 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 oz baby carrots
2 stalks celery
2 medium bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Kathie's Chili

  1. Soak beans over night.

  2. Brown and Drain ground meat in a deep pot.

  3. Return to pot and add other ingredients.

  4. Simmer for at least an hour.
