Recipe Ingredients for KathEats Pizza Dough

1.67 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Yeast
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for KathEats Pizza Dough

First combine 1 C flour, salt and 1/2 cup water. Then, in a seperate bowl, combine yeast with 1/4 C water and let sit for 15 minutes. Add 1/2C flour to yeast and water. Let sit for 1-12 hours. In mixer with dough hook, add the two mixtures together. Add honey, olive oil, and extra flours. Mix for 3-4 minutes. Cover dough and leave in fridge overnight.
