Recipe Ingredients for Kate's Meat balls

1/2 lb Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 pinch salt
1 black pepper to taste
1 tbs Worcester Soy Sauce
1 egg
2 tbs parmesan cheese
2 tbs flax seed meal
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbs flour
1 tsp oregano
1/2 diced onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbs milk
1 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Kate's Meat balls

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Take all the ingredients, mix them together.

  3. Roll them into balls and lightly coat with flour.

  4. Makes about 8 med/large meat balls

  5. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes
