4 slices Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
2 Egg, Whole Cooked, Scrambled
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Kate's French Toast low calorie

  1. Mix all ingredient aside from the bread of course

  2. dip the bread in the egg and milk mix you just made and then pan fry with light cooking spray
