Recipe Ingredients for Kates Crock pot Stew

12 oz Cut Green Beans
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 can (303 x 406) Peas, Green
12 oz Diced Potatoes
12 medium Carrots, Baby
0.5 cup, diced Celery
6 tsp Brown Gravy

Recipe Directions for Kates Crock pot Stew

Add 2 cups of water before adding meat and veggies. Mix in gravy, salt, pepper, italian spice mix and a few dashes of Ms. Dash spice (yellow bottle) to your liking. Cut beef roast into 2-3 large chunks, allow to simmer on high for 3-4 hours, remove roast pieces and pull apart or cut into bite sized pieces and return to crock, allow to cook on low for 1-2 more hours.
