Recipe Ingredients for Kashi breakfast glop

2 cups Kashi 7 grain pilaf, cooked
1/2 cup Vanilla almond breeze
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup dried apples
1 T Molasses
2 packets splenda
1/4 t nutmeg
1/8 t cloves
1/4 t ginger
1 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Kashi breakfast glop

Combine all ingredients and heat together for hot cereal.
