Recipe Ingredients for Kasha Tabbouleh

1 cup Organic Kasha
2 cup Vegetable Broth
0.33 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 oz Mint
1/4 cup fresh Parsley
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 teaspoon Juice
1/2 head Lettuce Boston Bibb Butter
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 tbsp Sesame Tahini Organic
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
8 teaspoon Juice
1/4 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Kasha Tabbouleh

  1. Mix all ingredients for Tabbouleh is a food processor (top 8 items)

  2. Ensure to chop/seed/and peel tomato first. Also chop parsley, onions, & mint (15 leaves) first.

  3. Cook kasha according to directions - using the veggie broth to boil/simmer it.

  4. The crushed garlic, tahini, almond milk, and lemon juice make up the dressing - mix these in another bowl and add to finished tabbouleh (to add as much moistness as you want to moisten kasha).

  5. Combo all ingredients and enough dressing to moisten kasha (3-4 tblsp).

  6. Chill at least 2 hours before serving and serve with bibb lettuce wraps.
