2 tbsp olive oil
1 pound cauliflower
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Karnibahar(Zeytinyagli)

Saute onion with the oil. Add paste and stir for one minute, then add cauliflower and add water enough to cover ingredients. Near the end of cooking add dried mint.
