Recipe Ingredients for Karin's Cabbage Rolls

16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 small Onions
0.5 head Cabbage, Cooked
10 grams Sea Salt
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 large Egg, Whole
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Karin's Cabbage Rolls

  1. Boil Cabbage for 10 minutes.

  2. Dice onion.

  3. Carmalize onion in butter.

  4. Mix onion in a bowl with the remaining ingrediants.

  5. Stuff 1/4 of mixture into 2 cabbage leaves.

  6. Cook on stove top in 1/2 of the cabbage water for 20 minutes.
