Recipe Ingredients for Karides Guvec - Turkish Prawn Stew

1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red bell pepper
1 cup tomato
200 g cooked shrimp,
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup grated mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Karides Guvec - Turkish Prawn Stew

  1. Sweat the onion, add the garlic and spices.

  2. Add tomato and mushroom and cook for 5 mins.

  3. Add shrimp, place in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the cheese.

  4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
