3 tbsp flour
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 banana
2 tbsp blueberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Kari-Jo's Blueberry Banana Pancakes

  1. Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, water, milk until smooth. Add more water if needed until pooring consistency.

  2. Add fruit.

  3. Mist heated griddle with vegetable oil.

  4. Poor batter for 3 or 4 pancakes. Cook until bubbles start to pop. Turn over and cook and additional 2 - 3 minutes.
