Recipe Ingredients for Karen's White Chili

1 onion
3 T olive oil
210 oz white beans
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 chicken breast
1/2 c chicken broth
12 oz jalapeno peppers
1 T cumin
1 T oregano
8 oz sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Karen's White Chili

Cook chicken and dice. Saue veges in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hr. Add sour cream just before serving, and top w/ shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
