Recipe Ingredients for Karen's WeekEnd Waffles

2 cups flour
2 eggs
6 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs sugar
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Karen's WeekEnd Waffles

  1. sift sugar, flour, baking soda and salt

  2. separate eggs and beat the whites until they form soft peaks

  3. mix oil, egg yokes and milk with dry ingredients until smooth

  4. gently fold in egg whites

  5. bake in waffle baker until done
