Recipe Ingredients for Karen's Vegetable Soup

2 stalks celery
12 oz Field Greens
4 cups cauliflower
3 carrots
16 oz Stewed Tomatoes, No Salt Added
8 oz Low Sodium tomato & basil sauce
10 oz Pasta Sauce, Tomato Basil
16 oz broccoli
1/2 onion
1 Bell Pepper Green
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
4 oz Rice, Barley
1 medium red potatoe

Recipe Directions for Karen's Vegetable Soup

chop all veggies and throw in a pot with tomatoe sauces and simmer on low until done. Put the potatoe in at the end so it doesn't get mushy. This soup tastes so much better when left over night after cooking in plastic containers in fridge-gives time for all flavors to meld together.
