Oatmeal and ketchup based meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Karen's meatloaf

1 pound beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% Fat, loaf
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, anaheim, chopped
4 medium baby carrots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Karen's meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients and form into loaf.

  3. Bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes.
