Recipe Ingredients for Karen's Almost Greek Salad

1 cup Baby Spinach
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
3/4 cups chicken, cubed
1/4 cup cashews
1/8 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Karen's Almost Greek Salad

  1. Wash all the vegetables well first, crush the cashews, heat the chicken up. Put the chicken on top of the spinach and veggies and sprinkle with the Feta.

  2. Enjoy and feel good about dinner!
