1 oz Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
32 g Wheat Germ
15 grams Whole Wheat Couscous
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Regular Buttery Spread With Flax Oil
