Recipe Ingredients for Kareemah's Salmon Croquettes

28 grams Wheat Germ
6.7 serving Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon
1 egg All Natural with Omega 3 Large Egg
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Garlic Ground Powder
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 serving Oregano Powder
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Kareemah's Salmon Croquettes

  1. Mix all ingredients except the olive oil in a large bowl.

  2. Grease your pan with the olive oil.

  3. Form 6 patties, fry on both sides till brown.
