Polish recipe for cooking sauerkraut

Recipe Ingredients for Kapusta

3 c sauerkraut
1 potato, peeled and sliced
1 pork chop
1/4 c baked beans

Recipe Directions for Kapusta

In a med-large sauce pan, brown pork chop on both sides. Add canned sauerkraut, lightly rinse cans and pour water and remaining sauerkraut into pan. Add beans and potato. Cook for at least 1 hour, longer if possible.
