Recipe Ingredients for kapusniak

100 g Chicken Sausages
2 onion
1 salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
200 g chicken
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 l water
5 serving Bitter Cabbage

Recipe Directions for kapusniak

  1. Make bullion out of meat , carrots and any vegetables available

  2. 1/2 kg bitter cabbage ( remove excess juice) boil till soft, put onion skin to reduce strong smell.

  3. Add the fried onion and meat and boil.

  4. add mashed vedetables( from bullion) remove lemon skin.

  5. Fry another onion and add to above mixture.

  6. Add spices and make paste with four and add to soup to boil a bit then serve.

  7. if not bitter add the bitter cabbage juice or tomato pa
