Tasty cabbage meal. Used a conical cabbage i found in supermarket.

Recipe Ingredients for Kapuska

1 head,+small+about+4-1/2"+dia Cabbage
1 small onion
2 tomatoes
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp oil
100 g ground beef
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Kapuska

Heat the oil, sautee ground beef. Add the onions and sautee 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir fry a few minutes. Add thinly sliced cabbage. Add hot water, vinegar, chilli flakes. Cook until soft, make sure most of the water to evaporate.
