500 grams Kangaroo mince
420 grams Carrots
420 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
100 grams Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
2 tsp Cumin Seed
2 tsp Fennel Seed
100 grams Cabbage
100 grams Cabbage, Red
18 grams Chia Seed
600 grams Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
180 grams Spinach
30 grams Parmesan, Hard Cheese

Recipe Directions for Kangaroo & Veg lasagne

  1. Cook all ingredients together apart from the spinach, ricotta & parmensan & mountain bread.

  2. Layer meat mixture & mountain bread - top with the blend of the spinach & ricotta. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese.
