This is Kandi's turkey meatloaf recipe. Not sure where she got it. Serving size may very. I estimated 3 servings per lb. of meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Kandi's Turkey Meatloaf

3 cups chopped yellow onions
2 T olive oil
2 t kosher salt
1 t ground pepper
1 t fresh thyme leaves
1/3 c worcestershire sauce
3/4 c chicken stock
1 1/2 t tomato paste
5 lbs Ground White Turkey, 98% Fat-free
1 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
3 large Eggs
3/4 c ketchup

Recipe Directions for Kandi's Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Saute onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until translucent, but not browned, approximately 15 minutes. Ad Worchestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste and mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.

  3. Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and onion mixture in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into a rectangular loaf or an ungreased sheet pan. Spread the ketchup evenly on top. Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
