Recipe Ingredients for kanda phoha

1 small onion(choped)
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp olive oil
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for kanda phoha

in a pan heat oil + mustard seeds + cumin seeds + onion and fry till onions turn light brown. then add rice + sugar + salt. fry all the ingredients for 5 mins serve hot.
