Adapted from Eden Foods. Use whole grain Kamut Pasta, not plain kamut

Recipe Ingredients for Kamut Pasta & White Bean Salad

12 ounces kamut
1 medium red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons parsley
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
30 ounces navy beans

Recipe Directions for Kamut Pasta & White Bean Salad

Cook pasta per package directions, drain and rinse. While the pasta is cooking, mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. When pasta is done, place in the bowl and toss. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
