2.5 cup Spinach
1.25 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1.25 cup Ricotta Cheese
0.5 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes

  1. stir fry garlic

  2. cook pasta, adding peas and spinach at the last minute; drain

  3. toss, adding water from the pasta cooking liquid to spread out the sauce
