Easy crock pot kalua pork - Hawaiian style pulled pork

Recipe Ingredients for Kalua Pork

2 lbs boneless pork chops
2 tbsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp salt
2 cups apple cider

Recipe Directions for Kalua Pork

  1. Throw all ingredients into a crock pot for 5 hours on high or 7 hours on low.

  2. Allow crock pot to cook on high for 15-20 minutes with the lid off to cook off excess water.

  3. Stir with a fork until the pork is shredded, and serve with or without BBQ sauce.
