black lentil and red kidney bean soup

Recipe Ingredients for kali dal

1 cup (RAW= 1 cup cooked)) Black Lentils
0.25 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Sea Salt
5 g Garam Masala Powder
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for kali dal

soak the beans atleast for 8 hrs, pressure cook them w ginger, tomatoes chopped till soft. heat oil saute onion till golden brown, add spices and salt add the lentils and milk and simmer for 5/10 mins..grat with Quinoa, brown rice
