Different vegetarian curry, would be nice with a tin of chopped tomatoes or tomatoes puree added to it :)

Recipe Ingredients for kale&lentil curry

1 small Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 grams Curry Paste
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed
240 grams Lentils, Mature Seeds
2 cup, chopped Kale
1 Serving Tomatoes
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for kale&lentil curry

  1. Fry onion and garlic in a little olive oil.

  2. Add madras curry paste &other spices.

  3. Add kale and tomatoes, add a little water and cook for 5mins.

  4. Add lentils, cook for a further 15mins.

  5. Serve with rice or bread.
