A change from broccoli! I use Tuscan Black Kale from the garden.

Recipe Ingredients for Kale with walnuts

3 cups Kale
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2 small tomatoes
15 g walnuts, English
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Kale with walnuts

Chop all ingredients, throw into frypan with oil, cover and steam.
