Recipe Ingredients for Kale and walnut pesto

1 cup, chopped Kale
0.25 cup Walnut Pieces
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Kale and walnut pesto

  1. Blanch kale, drain and squeeze out water. Combine kale, garlic, walnuts, and cheese in food processor until a paste forms. Add EVOO slowly while processing.

  2. Use on pasta or as spread for pizza or in place of any pesto.
