Recipe Ingredients for Kale and Tomatoes

1/4 onion chopped
1 pepper , chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp safflower oil
320 g tomato, chopped
175 g kale, stemmed and chopped
4 oz vegetable juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 oz parsley
1 oz black olives

Recipe Directions for Kale and Tomatoes

Cook onion, pepper, garlic and oil. Add tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add kale, parsley and olives. Cook unil wilted.
