2 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for A Kale and tomato soup

saute all ingredients EXCEPT tomatoes in olive oil a couple minutes and add the tomatoes and water, simmer about 5 minutes and serve hot
