Recipe Ingredients for Kale and Tofu Lasagna

124 grams Kale
26 grams Tomatoes, Sun-dried
124 grams L'Acentre Cheese LF
5 oz Organic White Mushrooms Packaged
10 grams Garlic
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
176 grams Red Onion
12 oz Silken Tofu
280 grams brown rice lasagna noodle

Recipe Directions for Kale and Tofu Lasagna

  1. Saute Onion, Garlic and add mushrooms then Kale and chopped up Sundried Tomatoes. Lastly, add Firm tofu.

  2. Shred 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

  3. Cook noodles according to package.

  4. put 1/2 cup of sauce on botton of glass baking dish. Layer Pasta, then sauce, then kale/tofu mixture then cheese then noodles then sauce, then kale/tofu mixture then noodles then sauce then cheese.
