Recipe Ingredients for kale and spinach soup

14 oz fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 lb kale
10 oz spinach
14 oz stewed tomatoes

Recipe Directions for kale and spinach soup

Rinse and remove lower stems on 1 lb of kale. Add to a dutch oven with 14 oz of fat free chicken broth, spinach, and stewed tomatoes. Heat enough to cook kale and spinach, add to a blender 2 cups at a time. Store in fridge and serve as needed.
