Recipe Ingredients for Kale Soup

10 cups water
7 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
3 cups kale
29 ounces red kidney beans
5 medium potatoes
7 ounces Linguica
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Kale Soup

  1. saute garlic and onion and liguica with oil

  2. wait for onions to turn transluscent

  3. add kidney beans and 2 cups water

  4. wait to come to boil

  5. add chopped kale and 4 cups of water

  6. wait for kale to soften

  7. add chopped potatoe

  8. allow to simmer for 30 minutes
