Delicious and warming on cold days, use turkey Linguica in place of the norm to cut out nearly half the fat and calories! save even more - leave out the Chourico ~ Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Kale Soup

2 c beef broth, fat free
1 lb turkey,Linguica
1/2 lb sausage, Chourico
1 lb steak,lean, cubed
1 cup Kale, Cooked
3 potato, cubed
1 cup Carrots
1 onion, small, diced

Recipe Directions for Kale Soup

  1. add all meat to a large pot

  2. cook 15 - 20 minutes on med-high

  3. add carrots and onion

  4. cook 10 - 15 mintes (until Carrots are mostly done)

  5. add cubed potatoes

  6. cook untill potatoes are done

  7. add kale

  8. cook for 5 more minutes

  9. serve warm

  10. - this recipie taste even better when you let the flavors blend more by letting the soup cool to room temp.

  11. put whole pan in fridge over night (Covered tightly) then reheat whole pot for 15-20 minutes over a med. heat, or untill everything is warmed.
