Recipe Ingredients for Kale Soup

1 oz onion
1 oz mushroom
8 2/5 oz chicken broth 99% fat free
1/3 cup kale
1/3 cup bok choy
30 g Hoisin Sauce
30 g ginger
70 g Green Zucchini
2 oz green pepper
2 cups water or water to cover

Recipe Directions for Kale Soup

  1. Cook mushroom and onion until mushroom is lightly browned.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until kale is wilted and vegtables are soft.
