Smoothie of Kale, bananas, strawberries, tofu, green tea, almond milk and kiwi

Recipe Ingredients for Kale Smoothie

1 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 cup, thawed Strawberries
1 medium banana Organic Bananas
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tea bag Tea Green
1 slice Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Soft
0.5 cup Pure Almond Vanilla
1 medium raw Kiwifruit

Recipe Directions for Kale Smoothie

  1. Place Tofu and Almond MIlk in Blender and blend till smooth

  2. Add kale and blend to smooth

  3. Add frozen strawberries blend to smooth

  4. Add green tea and lemon juice

  5. Add frozen banana and kiwi to blend till smooth
