Recipe Ingredients for kale smoothie

2 cups kale
1 cup Orange Juice Calcium + Vitamin D
1 medium banana, chopped
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 tsp allspice

Recipe Directions for kale smoothie

  1. wash and devein kale (I like to do a big batch of kale when I buy it then just pull it out prepared as needed)

  2. shred the kale by hand into 2inch * 2 inch pieces

  3. place kale in blender

  4. add chopped banana, orange juice, flax and all spice

  5. blend for about 1 minute, or until smooth and green.
