Recipe Ingredients for Kale Smoothie

6 oz Pure Coconut Water
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 cup, chopped Kale
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Kale Smoothie

  1. Banana is good if frozen.

  2. Add ice.

  3. Put all in a blender & blend until smooth.
