Kale, Pine Nut and Parmesan Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Kale salad

10 oz Kale
1.5 oz Currants
17.637 oz WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
1.5 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese

Recipe Directions for Kale salad

  1. Soak currants in 3 tbsp vinegar for at least one hour. Drain.

  2. Whisk remaining vinegar, rice vinegar, honey and oil in bowl. Add kale currants and pine nuts. Toss to coat. Marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
