Recipe Ingredients for Kale salad

2 cups kale leaves
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 red pepper
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp black olives
1 dash black pepper

Recipe Directions for Kale salad

  1. cut kale in tiny slivers, message with oil,salt and fresh lemon juice. Add diced red peppers,sliced black olives, sliced almonds.

  2. I like to add a tbsp raisins and diced hot peppers.Weird, but good.
