I love this Kale Salad, it is great as a side dish or a main meal. Dressing is olive oil, lemon, honey and rice vinegar.

Recipe Ingredients for Kale Salad

3 cup, chopped Kale
0.25 cup Natural Pinenuts
0.25 wedge (1.33 oz) Feta Cheese
0.1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Kale Salad

  1. 1.Rinse kale, I use my hands to rip away the leaf.

  2. 2.Cut the Kale finely

  3. 3.Add toasted pinenut (350' for 7mins)

  4. 4.Add cranberries

  5. 5.Add feta
