Recipe Ingredients for Kale Salad

1 cup, chopped Kale
1 clove Garlic
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
2 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
0.25 cup slices Cucumber
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Kale Salad

Wash hands and veggies, pat dry. Chop all veggies in bite sized pieces (remove spine from kale). Finely chop dates and grate garlic. Place kale, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 avocado, dates, lemon juice, garlic, add salt & pepper to taste. Using hands, knead ingredients together to soften kale and have the tomato-avocado-lemon juice create the dressing. Add remaining tomato, avocado and cucumbers, stir until mixed.
