16 oz Kale
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Kale salad

  1. 1. Wash and cut Kale into thin slices, discard thick spines. Toss with other ingredients and mash the avocado in while tossing.

  2. 2. Sit in fridge overnight for the flavors to marinate properly into the kale.
