Tasty crunchy salad with kale and sesame seeds

Recipe Ingredients for Kale salad

2 cups kale leaves
2 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Kale salad

  1. shred deveined kale leaves into very thin strips (I use scissors)

  2. toast sesame seeds in a pan

  3. mince the garlic

  4. toss all dry ingredients together

  5. mix oil and soy sauce

  6. pour dressing onver kale

  7. refrigerate a few hours
