Recipe Ingredients for Kale & Quinoa Vegetarian Delight

1 large Onions
4 clove Garlic
200 grams Carrots, Baby
150 grams Peppers
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Quinoa
1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
3 cup, chopped Kale
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 serving Season-It All Spice
2 tsp Spices Curry Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 cup Vegetable Stock

Recipe Directions for Kale & Quinoa Vegetarian Delight

First, in a saucepan soak a cup of Quinoa in 2-3 cups of water with 1 vegetable stock cube for 1/2hr. Make sure the water is hot, to allow the vegetable cube to break and dissolve. Whilst that is happening, place aside and start to chop all vegetables to a small edible size (not too big - remember it needs to fit into your mouth). Roughly chop up the 3 0r 4 garlic cloves and onion and place aside ready to add to dish. Chop or shred the kale into a reasonable size. This will be lightly steamed and then added to saucepan with the other dishes later. Once all vegetables and spices are ready. Heat up 1 tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil in a relatively large saucepan. Add all the spices along with the garlic and onion you chopped earlier on. Once that has changed to a golden color add the carrots and stir.
