1/2 pound kale
6 oz proscuitto
4 oz goat cheese
4 slices sourdough bread
4 pieces oil-packed sundried tomatoes, cut in ribbons

Recipe Directions for Kale and Proscuitto Sandwich

Slice kale into ribbons, and saute until wilted. Toast the bread and spread with goat cheese. Pile on the kale, top with proscuitto and sundried tomatoes. Enjoy!
